Here's what I said in the request thread but I'll say some more things after it: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Good sig, James. Very simple but the effects are good and the badge is blended in well. Text isn't that bad also, for a pixel font. Torres stands out good too, especially with the motion blur showing out the sides of him.</div> It's one of your better recent ones, it's a good style and you should keep going with this, maybe putting in some brushes but not going over the top with them, using bigger fonts instead of pixel ones everytime. Well done.

This is more photo editing than sig creation. I mean, have you done more than 5 things on it? Sorry but it just seems like you've slapped on a pattern, put an overlay on a liverpool badge, black border and two sets of text.
who said sigs wasnt photo editing.. after all, thats what phtoshop is for, basically.. a sig doesnt have to have a background.. and i may have made it a bit too low opacity but there is some brushes on there..
I see one hint of a brush used. Creating a sig usually means starting off with a blank background and taking it from there via textures and/or brushes.
But it doesn't have to be. The two that I have in my sig below are both pictures that were edited and then brushes put over the top. I make some of those and some where I make a background with brushes and then put cuts over the top. They're all sigs, just because it doesn't have a real background it doesn't mean it's not one.
Sigs dont HAVE to have a background.. but a lot of people do.. i usually do but with the pics i found this looked better..
I like the way Simplicity is the key and it really looks good. But as flight said not so much a sig just an edited photo, nice anyway
