I downed almost an entire bottle of Jose Cuervo by myself last night... Plus you can add quite a few Margaritas and Pina Coladas. Point is my head is killing me today... any tips?
What we call in England a Fry-up, Bacon, Sausages, Hogs Pudding, Hash Browns etc. All the grease in it. Or of course Hair of the Ol' dog, all a hangover is is your Liver recovering so if its constantly in use then you won't get a hangover I did it once a sort of weaned myself off it but it took a while I did it on a week long Holiday in Ibiza, got totally mashed on the first night and always kept a wee bit of alcohol in my system
seriously though, tylenol 500mg, and lots of water should do the trick. and some greasy food to soak up the stomach acid/bile. i was hungover as fuck when i was 19 once and chugged nearly a gallon of ice cold water. when i threw it up, it was still cold. and strangely refreshing.
Eat before and during drinking; drink beer after liquor, not the other way around; dehydration is the villain; drink at least three glasses of water during the festivities; drink at least a liter of Gatorade before you go to bed; keep more water bedside so when you wake up in the middle of the night to piss, drink more; crash at your house or in an afternoon check-out hotel so you don't have to get up in the morning and drag yourself home; also, try not to drink very cheap booze, stick to quality.
Seriously, the key to drinking is match the amount of alcohol you consume with water. It always works for me. I haven't had a bad hangover in a while.
Drink at least a litre of gatorade before you go to bed, because it contains glucose (glucose+oxygen=energy+water+ co2), because that'll really help you sleep
