I've read a few different theores but what do you guys think. I think he's dead because we would've heard from him by now.
People are just saying this because probably they think he's still rapping with his new albums. Well welcome to the 21st century, they recorded the voice of tupac and just sung the song through out the voice recording. For those who don't know...

Supposedly there's a legal loophole. if you're gone for 7 years the government can't come after you for tax evasion. This started a theory that Pac was going to make his return in '03, when he didn't the majority of people let go of all hope of him being alive. For those needing more Pac, go wacth Juice, Above the Rim, Tupac Resurrection, Poetic Justice, and Gang Related (even though it sucked).

I'm don't believe that he is alive anymore, but I do think that Suge Knight was the one who set him up. It seems that Snoop believes it too if the info from this video is true. Video
