I slapped this together in 15 minutes, continuing my streak of mediocrity.I feel that the number in the background could be made to look better, and there's something that's taking away from the sig that I can't put my finger on also.

 

For some reason not really feeling this one man.The combination of the pic effect and the bg make it seem low quality and something with the blending seems off.

 

It's not bad. I'd fix the text. Other than that, very nice! /Borat

Ya, spend a little more time twinking things with it. The numbers as you said could use some fixing, and the dots that are on Jerious need to disappear. I'm not sure if it's the effect or you put a brush overlapping or whatever it is.
