<span style="font-family:Arial">I don't like what ever you did to the main pic, it's way to green, it doesn't look too good IMO.The BG is solid, but the text needs a little work. Try some different effects, and maybe even a different font.Not bad overall, but it needs some work to it still.</span>

Find a better quality pic. That one is blurry and also the brightness you put on that one is too high and there isn't enough contrast on it. But everything else is fine.

good work. Maybe move the "Heart of the D" text where the "John Vilma" text is and then put the "John Vilma" text on top of it. You know what I mean?Good work though.
