I have just read a different football source that reports Martin Jol has no more signings in sight for January. He has signed Adel Taarabt who seems to be aiming for first team football straight away at the age of 17 (bit ambious). This is odd news as we are linked every day with great players. I personally would love to see a natural left winger becuase Lennon is not. We have been linked with Stewart Downing, Ashley Young and Samir Nasri, who would all do a great job. To sure up our future we have also been linked with Giles Barnes and Gareth Bale. So surely we'll be having a busy transfer window? I would not be disappointed if all we signed was youth because we have a strong first team contingent. I understand lower league clubs might not want to lose their talent half way through the season but they should meet the demands of Premiership clubs demands.
