I went to a party last night and I ended up gettin like 10 mosquito bites...first time I've gotten that much since I was like 6 or something. They hurt like f-ck! I cant stop itching...its not easy. Two of them look like tumors on my arm. Anyone have any solutions to ease the pain and prevent me from itching? Someone told me to get Gold Bond. [IMG]

    Keep scratching. [IMG]

Serously though, I'd take some benedryl and put cortizone on the bites.

You think that is bad? When I was in China this summer, I got like 10 mosquito bites everyday. I'm serious. I was living in my relatives house and everywhere you go you see mosquitoes flying around.

Man that's unnatural to come in contact with that many mosquitos. Damn South American exposure. lol

Seriously yeah, I would go out and buy some product(s) that will help from a drug store or anywhere else that would sell them. Might be something better than the usual, try asking a pharmacist.

Stop scratching them. the more you scratch the more they itch. When you get bit never scratch.

..In fact, if you never scratched them, they would have been gone in 24 hours or so.

But i heard baby powder works.

LOL, this stuff got me laughing really hard. In minny, if you leave the city, 10 bites an hour isnt too bad at all. Just dont scratch, but if you have to, then you gotta deal with it. I'd stay away from all that cream stuff, it makes your skin super dry.

lol its gone. I got Gold Bond from someone and it stopped the itching. I couldn't stop the scratching. I tried everything, Ice, long sleeves towels and all, but I kept caving in and started scratching. Thanks for all the advice.
