I have a fitness class every week for 2 hours at a YMCA by my college. We did our first check in for numbers and we get to workout and then take the test over the last semester. Some of my numbers Height: 6'1" ( :beerchug:, thought I was 6'0" 1/2 ) Weight: 209 Bench: 165 (Couldn't remember exactly what the kid put on but it was close to that.) Situps: 39 (1 minute) Sit/Reach 21.5 inches (class high) 1.5 Mile Run: 11:23 (Needs to be better) I'm going to the YMCA everyother day now. And I have no class until 2:30 PM so I go there and practice my shot for a few hours). :boxin:
I'm not going to trash talk your bench number because I can't lift worth a damn, but your run and situps could be better.I ran a 1.5 mile in less than 9:50. And that's when I was out of shape! I'm more out of shape now, but that's not the point. Anyway, work hard and these things come easy.
Most recently:Height: 6'2Weight: 225Bench: 245 Situps: 34 (1 minute)Sit/Reach 18.7 inches 1.5 Mile Run: 10:14 (I am a short distance runner)I just had one of these tests about 3 weeks ago. We also hadullups: 6 (You dont know how hard it is to pull up my body weight)
You can't bench more than your own weight... Wow.Besides that, situps could me more, and running the mile and half could be quicker. Solid if you're starting out with all this stuff.

I'm so bad at sit and reach. I can't bench either. But I can run a mile and a half in under 10 minutes.

I am horrible at sit and reach. I'm about 5'9 130 pounds. Bench around 115. Around 45-50 situps in a minute. I ran the mile in 6:41 so that's my stats if you want to call them that.

Afterwards, the Nazis would hang them from walls and beat them till they talked. The pain from the hamstrings was usually enough alone to make them talk. Then the Nazis made them do it again, until the Jew begged to be shot, and the Nazi obliged.

Basically, it measures the flexibility in your back, torso, and especially hamstrings.I did that beep test thing a long time ago Eliiite, but I don't remember what I got to anymore. I probably could do better now.
