Stanford OC interviewed for HC job. I take it this is for Helfrich to get the HC position?

Nope. Some jerkhole got it put on the ballot and voted through a few years back. You seriously haven't heard of this before?

 

I've heard of it in the NFL as something that Johnny Cochrane got passed. But I've never heard of it as a state law.
