im not sure about the cropping job. i also think the "phoenix..." should be a different color or something.
yes the cropping is a bit bad. But i like everything else including the reflection at the bottom and the chineses letters.
Yea, cropping isn't good like everyone else said I've seen you used the background a couple of times before also. Picture is too dark IMO. The pic and the BG don't blend. Try not to be too simple as well.
Just that cropping and I`ve seen that backround before on your previous work...just kinda seems plain. 7/10.
