Robin van Persie, to the surprise of no one, has been nominated for Player of the Year. Similarly, Arsenal starlet Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been nominated for Young Player of the Year. POY nominees also include Rooney, Aguero, Silva, Hart and Parker, making it pretty likely that RVP will capture the award, despite Rooney doing almost as well and leading his club to the title. YPOY nominees also include Aguero, Baley Diver, Sturridge, Walker, and Welbeck. Ox should have a decent chance at this one but Wenger hasn't given him the same amount of playing time as the other guys have enjoyed.
