We NEED wins by USC and UCLA to have any chance at all. Nothing else matters right now....even if a win saves Kiffen's job. They are both going to lose - but I will still be pulling for them.
Do you think ya'll leapfrog Florida, or is that also assuming a Florida loss to Florida St.? I mean, the dominoes would have to fall into place so perfectly that it's more realistic to just root against UCLA and therefore, a potential Rose Bowl berth.
I think simpler would be: Trojans beat Irish Cardinal beat Bruins Noles beat Gators We leapfrog Florida, Notre Dame, and the SEC title game loser and make it to #2.
I think the ducks have a good shot. Civil war should be interesting this year. If oregon can set the tempo its the ducks game. If osu sets the tempo id guess its a close game like uo was with stanford. The ducks should just focus on the civil war this week and let the chips fall where they may. I think ucla could beat stanford, fsu could beat florida too. Its just gonna be tough for a deflated usc to beat nd. much crazier things have happened though.
All that needs to happen is Florida St beat Florida ( Florida St is a 7pt favorite) USC beat Notre Dame (ND is only a 6pt favorite...tells you what Vegas thinks of them) And of course the Ducks beat the Beavers I actually expect 2 of those to happen. The only one in question to me is Notre Dame losing to USC. Remember though ND almost lost to teams like Purdue, BYU and PITT. They are very beatable, and USC has the talent to do it. Going to be a great Saturday of college football. I'm actually kind of optimistic.
Crazier things happened. Maybe Auburn to defend Gene Chizik's job stun Alabama, and Alabama takes it anger out on Georgia. FSU is gonna roll over Florida easily. I want UO vs ND.
