1. Make a new layer on top of all your layers and hold : ctrl+A2. Go to Edit > Stroke.A window will pop up. Decide the color of your border (usually white than black)Decide how many pixels - usually people do 3-5 for normal borders.Press ok.Make a NEW layer on top of all the rest.The little "ants" should still be around your sig.Edit> StrokeChoose black, and 1 pixel.Press ok.That right there is a regular border.

For me I do 3 pixel white overlay at 50% and then 1 pixel black normal at 100%. All on the same layer. That is just me though.
