Does anyone here take any supplements in order to help weight gain, muscle gain or whatever? And did you notice any major changes when you begun taking them?

I take four scoops of Whey Protein every day (two separate shakes) and 2 capsules of cod liver oil. I've put on 15 lbs since November.

I've always had my best gains when I've taken creatine along with protein.

I have been thinking about starting to take supplements, I know a few people who have and have gained a bit of muscle.

I've also been thinking of taking some supplements to increase muscle for some time now. I have two friends that are currently doing it, and they say they have noticed they are gaining muscle a little faster. But they say its not really worth the money

Just work-out and take your daily amount of protein.

My dad took them for a while, I think it costed him quiet a bit because he ended up not buying it anymore.

Sometimes I am a bit busy for that, which sucks.

Just make sure you keep eating healthy and getting the right amount of protein. Petroleum powers cars, protein powers humans. Holla.

A best quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good concept for weight gain. But make sure you are getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals taht you need. Some people considered that their muscle mass increases with the help of protein supplements that contain certain blends of amino acids, such as creatine and glutamine.
