Man I'm so lost on this sig. Not just on text (fonts + what to actually have as subtext etc) but also on the effects etc. Need help..
I think a displacement filter might look nice here. New layer, ctrl A, image, apply image. Then go to filter, distort (sp), and displace. You would need to erase some or maybe even most parts, but it would look good.
