Simple game. Just throw some riddles out there.There is a common English word that is nine letters long. Each time you remove a letter from it, it still remains an English word - from nine letters right down to a single letter. What is the original word, and what are the words that it becomes after removing one letter at a time?

coffin i think this is a riddleThree friends went to a hotel. The bill was 75 dollars Each one contributed 25 dollars.The waiter took the bill to the cashier.The cashier was happy & decided to give them a discount of 5 dollars & asked the waiter to return them 5 dollars.Now the waiter was confused. How to distribute 5 dollars among 3 persons?He kept 2 dollars in his pocket & gave one dollar to each one of the 3 persons.So initially each one had contributed 25 dollars. Now as they are given 1 dollar back, their contribution reduces to 24 dollars. They all contributed 24 dollars -- that is 24x3=72 & 2 dollars are in the waiters pocket. The total becomes 74. But they had paid 75 dollars.Where is the remaining 1 dollar?.
One day, you woke up in a place you havent seen before. There, you saw three rooms, all bring you to the exit. But, on those rooms, there were notes. It said: 1: room is filled with poison gas 2: room has more than 15 lions that havent eaten for 5 years 3: room is fiiled with snipers that would kill anyone who steps in You have no other choice, but to choose one of the three. Which room would be the way that could get you out without being harmed?

room twoif those lions haven't eaten in 5 YEARS, they're either too weak to kill you, or they're dead, or they have eaten each other and only one is alive, and you could probably take him on.

Three men went to a motel. The motel manager said a room cost $30, so each man put up $10 and went to their room. A little while later the manager realized the room was only $25, so he sent the bellhop back to the three guys' room with $5. On the way to the room the bellhop couldn't figure out how to split the $5 between the 3 men, so he gave each one of them $1 and he kept the other $2.
This meant that the 3 men paid $9 each for the room for a total of $27. Add the $2 that the bellhop kept = $29.
Where did the other dollar go?

30 = 10 + 10 + 10
30 - 5 = 10 + 10 + 10 - 3 - 2
What extra dollar?
I wish I could do the word problems.
