Have you been enjoying it??? Has it been exciting at all???

Frankly not for me. Not even Christmas and already its a two horse race. If Arsenal beat Chelsea they close in on 2nd, not 1st. Liverpool are only now starting to find form after so much promise. Dirk Kuyt seems to be already an Anfield hero-for doing what. Robbie Fowler is hardly playing and Bellemy is a huge flop. Arsenal are just inconsistant and when injuries come they have no strenght in depth.

The other hopefuls at the top of the table are like the others can win but mostly draw and lose allowing Manchester and Chelsea run away. Manchester and Chelsea will slip up at times but like most peole say once christmas comes and goes and we will see the same picture. The relegation fight I think is the most interesting thing about this years premiership. We've got some teams we thought wouldn't be in there. Newcastle, West Ham, Charlton, Wigan and the other promoted sides except Reading. Sides like West Ham and Newcastle shouldn't be in there. It seems like anyone who plays for Newcastle cant play and their defense is appauling.

West Ham with Tevez and Mascherano everybody thought "Oh wow, these can do well this season" but it hasn't worked out. Sure they say "We're happy" but by the time others come a knocking they will be out of there like the road runner.

The relegation battle is on and I'd agree that it is the most interesting factor of this year's season. Hopefully West Ham will be able to beat the Christmas curse and get out of their current away slump by winning the game against Bolton and winning a couple of other important games to achieve at least a mid table finish or at least a couple spots away from the relegation zone.

As for Tevez and Mascherano, well, I don't necessairly think it's fair to comment that these players have done nothing to contribute to West Ham. They have unfortunately not been given enough chances to shine as they did at the World Cup. However, their lack of form contributed why they have had so little starts. Alas, I won't comment on their contribution until the end of the season, when we could be sure of whether their signings created anything.

Right now it's just too early too say.

yer the relegation battle is pretty interesting. But good on reading for having a solid season so far. It is a two horse race so far, with man utd 8 points ahead of the 2nd placed chelsea. It is still early in the season, but it does look like it may be a boring season. However, i think arsenal and liverpool will have a strong finish to the season and i think will be premiership contenders towards the end. I dont think man utd will stay on top for the whole year, its pretty hard to be consistently win for a whole year, but they may win the EPL this year. Overall, i think itz been a pretty good season this year, and im looking forward to see who gets relegated and who turns out winners for the 06/07 season. GO ARSENAL![IMG]
