Richard Carbons comments on ticket prices is the first time I've heard a government minister speak sense for years.

Pompey have an average crowd of 20,000 and 19 home games. If they reduced all ticket prices by ?5 this would cost under ?2million and the lowest payout (for finishing bottom) in the P.L. is ?20,000,000 i.e. ten times as much.

Players already receive enough so do agents, managers & coaches.

So what about it Pompey, follow Blackburn's lead and think of your supporters.
