It's been less than $1 the past week at our grocery store so I've been stocking up on it. My favorite flavor is the Jackfruit or Lemonade.
I haven't tasted it. I think the best stuff to use is adding whey protein to gatorade or buy accelerade. Recovery time is quick. I usually drink it during and after running.
It is a bit over priced, but I like it because it's better tasting then water, not as bad with all the diff chemicals in soda, yet not as sweet as gatorade...and it's somewhat "light" feeling, you don't feel like your gonna puke after having a bottle.
