<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Neil Warnock will confirm his resignation from Sheffield United at an 11am press conference today, according to Sky Sports News. Warnock is reportedly unhappy at the contract offer he received prior to Sunday's game at Wigan. Had the Blades stayed up, Warnock would have received ?750,000 a year, making him the lowest paid manager in the Premiership. As it was, his side were relegated, meaning the deal was worth ?450,000. During Monday's League Managers Association dinner Warnock said he wanted another "two years managing in the Premiership" before retiring at 60. He also refused to confirm he would be at the club in August.</div>Warnock on his way out of Bramall Lane | News | Guardian Unlimited Football That's just some two years to early for the most likable manager of the Premiership in my opinion. So retire in peace Neil!
Well i never liked him! Would have been better if he left the club just for football reasons, but i suppose it's all about money these days. I hope Sheffield United get promoted, and i'm glad that they'll do it without Warnock in charge.
Its a shame but Warnock had taken the blades as far as he could with little resources Never liked the man GOOD LUCK TO HIM ANYHOWS
Good. Fuck off Colin Wanker. You're boring, moany and shit. You were relegated because your team is garbage, you are garbage and your whole club is garbage. Not because West Ham cheated, because you were slightly shitter than them. 10 points, and you fucked it up! 10 points, and you fucked it up! You. Twat.
Cool it please Soilborn. Who the hell is Colin anyway? For the record I think Warnock had great entertainment value, definately up there with Mourinho, largely due to being one of the good old sorts of folk who say it how it is. He'll be missed, but I'd bet my bottom dollar he'll be back with someone else next season.
As much as that is amusing, your first post was a bit over the top! The Fulham job is available, as is the City job

Just needs to take it like a man that his team just wasn't good enough to cut it this year. He had a 10 point gap between Sheff U and the 3rd-from-bottom-placed team at Xmas. Fulham job's taken, DD. Sanchez quite Norn Iron and taken the position at Fulham full-time.

Like marmite I suppose, love it or hate it. Also, I didn't realise Sanchez had taken the post full time. Fulham might do something next season.
warnock is a cunt, he was listening in on burnleys team talks and tactics when we played one of his older teams about 5 yr ago
