1. Number one choice would be Eric Musslemen 2. Build around Dwight Howard 3. Try to make a trade for Francis so you can start Nelson and add depth 4. Not sure on this -- Word is they might hire a GM-Coach. 5. Figure it out. Apparently this problem has been going on for a while. I tried to do some 3 way trades involving Francis but couldn't real find any. Some teams I used were Seattle and Minnesota, with Francis heading to Seattle (to play the 2), Shard heading to the Wolves, Cassell and Kandi to heading the Magic. The trades I tried didn't work out but that's what I tried to get done. I tried sending Ebi to the Sonics as well and Cato to the wolves and Christie to the Sonics in different scenerios. I couldn't really figure out what other teams would trade for Francis that are in need of a PG/SG.
1.Flip Saunders 2.Build Around Dwight(Flip will help w/ that as he coached KG) 3.Keep the 3 drafties, Trade Kato,Doug Release Jones,Declerq,Augmen 4.Promote Otis Smith(They said he "could" become a future GM 5.Pray that the fans and Orlando still wants them here. Francis being traded would hurt our cemistry with the team then things would fall apart. We can become a very Elite team if Flip controls Orlando like He had in Minny Plus he has Dwight to work with what can go wrong with the Future.

1.Mussellman is my #1 choice, as long as we get an experienced coach I wouldn't mind. 2. Draft around Dwight, of course 3. Trade Christie and Cato(big expiring contracts, maybe we can get a superstar like Baron, like GS did with expiring deals) 4. Get a GM that knows basketball, I don't really like the idea of the coach having that much control. 5. WIN and the support for the arena will come.

You will also get depth in return for Francis, so it's not like this team will suffer without him.
1. Brian Hill hired CHECK 2. It starts at the draft and then we need to sign some quality free agents. 3. I think we will see Francis traded and that could help us depending on what we get back. 4. I think we should get someone ASAP so they can start helping us right away. 5. This is the last of my worries and I think a new arena would be cool but it isn't something I am concentrating on.
After one season your willing to trade Francis give him a shot he is a Vet and sees where the Magic are going he is practicing to be a Sg so Nelson can start. The draft and FAs should be good back-up for Nelson at the point and another Sg to back-up Francis if Deshawn is not hittiing. Every team has Chemistry and the Magic arnt rebuilding this year we have to stick with the cards delt to us and Francis plays with "Heart and Soul" on the court he a fighter I say keep him.
