Dirk you suck as a leader. But i'm still gonna stand by you and maybe you can pull away from this yell at everyone and bitch and moan when you dont get your way. But i know that a good talking to can set you straight.
Dirk needs to understand that as de facto leader, he will be scrutinized even more. The big fuss about his being vocal is because of his position as leader. He will criticized how he motivates his teammates and more importantly if he has led by example. If Dirk wants to move to the next level, then he has to step up and take all that comes with it.

(I totally agree with what you posted) He does need to lead by example and in the playoffs when he isn't getting calls he needs to take it hard to the basket and make some layups/postups. We'll see next year if he takes what he has learned this year for their run at the championship next year.
