After his second day of live basketball action with a protective mask, Suns guard Joe Johnson said there was "not a question" that he would play Saturday in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals at San Antonio.

Suns coach Mike D'Antoni is on board with plans to start Johnson and give him 30 to 35 minutes of floor time Saturday, 17 days after Johnson fell face-first while attempting a dunk and fractured the orbital bone near his left eye.

This could definetly turn the series around. I just hope the facemask doesent bother him too much.

His return will make a difference but it won't necessarily turn things around completely. I think both teams are getting a feel for one another and Joe Johnson making a return after 17 days off(?) won?t make that much of an impact, well at least not just yet. If anything if and only the Suns can send the game back to Phoenix that?s when I think he will get that break out game. And since he will also be playing with a mask that may play as a minor setback, however he has said the mask doesn't faze him. Guess we'll have to wait and see to find out.

This series was already a great matchup between two great teams with completely different styles. Now with the return of Johnson, it only makes it a better game and more fun to watch. Hopefully the Suns can turn it around and win the series.

The Suns will fare well with him, and probably better. But keep in mind the Spurs have all the momentum coming into games three and four, and to top it off they don't lose often at the SBC Center. Johnson needs to be 100% because PHX needs him the most right now.

Yayyyyy, Joe's back...Now with Joe on the floor and Jimmy Jackson comming off then bench, Mike D'Antonio can swtich it up. It's going to be an even better matchup. San Antoni better watch out...
