There have been some great dynasties assembled in the NBA's history like the Lakers and Celtics of the 80's The Lakers for the threepeat (if you call that a dynasty) and The Bulls of the mid 90's. So which of these dynasties is the best one and why?

Personally, I like the Bulls because they wer the dynasty that i watched all through the nineties and the combo of Jordan Pippen Rodman was arguably the best threesome ever.

You forgot the Celtic Dynasty of 60's. They have the Record of 8 Championships in a Row.

You can argue that other teams were better talent wise. But the Celtics of the 60's were the most successful. You can also argue If Jordan was in the league during 94-95 things could have been different. But you cant guarantee that the bulls would have won if Jordan was there.

Going by success i'll have to go with the Celtics of the 60's

Overall the Celtics Franchise has 16 Championships and I think about 20 Hall Of Famers. Pretty successful franchise don't you think?

    yeah

Yeah, I would have to go with the celtics also. But if you are talking about best single year you gotta go with the Bulls when they won 70, amazing!!

just from my age perception... i'd go with the bulls as well. A good point was made regarding Jordan's retirement(1st one)hahahha in the early 90's! If he would've stayed... would the Rockets would've won? Would the Lakers win 3 straight if the Bulls were left intact? 6 in 10 years is pretty damn impressive and that too in streaks of 3!

I've never seen the Celtics Dynasty of the 60's and they're probably the greatest of all time, but as far as teams that I have seen, it would definatly be the Bulls of the mid-90's, its hard to argue against Michael Jordan, he was just amazing to watch, sorry, b-ball, but they could blow the Lakers out of the water, without much problem at all.

the 2001 lakers gets my vote. the 96 bulls are second, they only lost three playoff games. the 99 spurs are third, going 15-2 in the playoffs, they demolished the lakers and blazers (when the blazers were still taken seriously).
