If anyone wants to join the Writing Team, just PM a piece you've done to 44Thrilla. Then writers will make recommendations and comments on your writing. dakeem knows the procedure, I'd like to see even more Rockets posters in the Writing Team, although Shooter, dakeem and me already are.

Yeah so if any of you guys have a talent in transforming your thoughts to text, give it a go. Us rocket fan writers will be biased towards you and get you in. HAHA! I'm just kidding. The Writing Team is proffessional and everyone there will call it as they see it.
For guys who don't know, you will get special member usertitles, access to a private forum and your article on the JBB frontpage. When guests come to JBB, the first thing they'll see is your article. PM 44thrilla or shapecity with a sample and cross your fingers hoping that you'll be in. I know you guys are out there: blueracer, durvasa, back-on-track, bplld, cheen0, Julio, Aznx, magno, the list goes on. Shooter got it right on the nail when he said Houston has the biggest fan base on JBB. Let's see Rockets posters repping our team! Btw, I almost forgot, SupraJames is also a member of the writing team; that makes four.

There have been some applicants who were borderline in their sample pieces and were asked to give another one. So if you have something, you can be given mroe than one chance.
From my own experience, just reading basketball related articles help me a lot in writing similar stuff. back-on-track, pick up SLAM if it's avaliable in China, or go to www.slamonline.com. They're the top basketball magazine worldwide and is definitely worth a read.
