As of late it is become evident that a lot of individuals have brought up the subject of racism in basketball at the NBA level. There have been numerous threads with discussions how the NBA and the Media are racist or not. By this time, everything that could be said on this topic has already been said in one way or another and everyone has had ample time to voice thier opinions on the matter. It is these types of threads that lead to people getting angry at one another and fights start to break out. Race is a very touchy subject and one most people are black and white on, not grey. On a site like this, race threads can only lead to problems that will carry on into other areas of the site. It is for that reason that I am putting a close to all "race" related type threads. Please do not start any more threads talking about "How the NBA is racist" or "How the Media is racist". If you want to discuss stuff like that, feel free to do it on your own time, just not on JustBBall.com. Any more threads that are started with regard to this subject matter will be immediately closed and the person responsible for initiating that thread will be subject do disciplinary action.
