Is this a case where 32 teams are interested in signing him for the league minimum, or what are these "interested" teams waiting for?
The Texans let Jamie Sharper go to the Seahawks and haven't done much to replace him. They could probably use him the most... Of course I'd love to see him come to Green Bay, but that will never happen. The days of GB as a player in free agency seem to be over.
That would be nice if the Pack did sign him but I think he ends up in Seattle yet. They still are in a need of a linebacker and he will reunite with his brother.
I got the story from NFL network. He wants a lot of money. Texans would be nice to replace Sharper. It would be nice to have him play for the panthers so Thomas Davis could stay at SS all downs.
The main issue about him is injury. The Ravens released him because of cap issues and he was out for almost the whole season last year. Many teams have stayed quiet so until the preseason starts and the teams know whos playing, then they will think about him. So if he isn't going to be signed, he's going to be a month away from working out.
The money he wants like Law, wont be given out right now untill teams need them badly. Like say your starting LB goes down with a huge injury and you dont have much depth, you will definetly try to adjust your cap space so you can get a guy like Boulware in who can be dominate when healthy
I'd like to see him in Kansas City red, but I don't think we can afford him. Maybe we can entice him over by telling him we are going to win the Super Bowl this year.
