    You said it, Mel. I think it should be an excellent series against the Spurs. I expect yet another Game 7 with even more excitement.

    [IMG] Billups said it all. (Read the sig).

    Nice job wade, practice flopping some more during the off season.

    Nice job 'Zo, practice flexing and screaming during the off season.

    Nice job Shaq, have a good time and McDonalds over the off season.

    Nice job Steve Smith, have a good time on waivers next season.

    Good series heat, now we can take on an even better team. It will be a good one.

    Pistons broke the odds of a team's chances of winning on the road in a game 7

    Was a very nervy game to watch but a great finish:)

    Nice job arice89, you're bragging about beating a team that was as injured as they could of possibly been

    Nice job Prince, you are Mr. Ethiopia in books

    Nice job Billups, if you mean mug one more time trying to look badass i'm gunna scream

    Nice job Rasheed....want a tissue?

    please man, anyone can do this hating thing, why not try and be a good winner rather than a bum? Detroit fans, not all of you but to many, drive me crazy with their attitude.

    Alright, talk about my teams looks.

    Congratulations Heat, youre a good team but its the playoffs that matter. Injuries are part of the playoffs too. We won.

    Never stereotype Detroit fans again. If its one thing that pisses me off besideds Mourning its that stereotype.

    Well you aren't helping by supporting the stereotype lol

    Time for Laker fans to rejoice? It was a good series, Miami definately got very unlucky with the crash of sudden injuries all at the same time. Shaq wasn't 100% through the whole thing, less than 70% the whole was really, Wade's rid, and even Damon Jones limping around, it's tough.

    Anyways, time for San Antonio vs Pistons, this will be interesting...or not interesting, but good.

    Im not a detroit fan, but im a fan of seeing Shaq and the Warm fail, the Warm will never get a championship. go cry now!

    Indeed, Laker fans have to enjoy this bitter sweet victory only because Shaq couldn't lead the Heat to the title.

    This was a great series, and it lived up to the hype. When the season started everyone expected both these teams to eventually meet in the ECF and end up playing a 7 game war. It was unfortunate the Heat had to deal with injuries to their two best players, but that's always a part of post season play.

    What best defines how great the Pistons are is you cannot name one player on their team who dominated this series. Every player did their part and in the end their 'team' play won a hard fought series.

    Both teams had a great season, and Dwayne Wade is on his way to becoming a superstar in the NBA.

    He's got D-Wade now and his team got farther than the Lakers. Easy as that.

    I was rooting for the Pistons, because of former Kentucky G/F Tayshaun Prince as I did last year.

    Laker fans have had to hear the cheap shots all season long. This loss by Shaq just helps justify the trade a little more. I still don't like what the Lakers got for Shaq, but the Pistons have shown two years in a row, Shaq can no longer dominate the league as he once did. Last year's Laker loss was the end of the era for teams to win a title with too, superstars and a subpar bench. The two teams in the Finals are there because of their deep, and balanced squad.

    Yeah but he wont go as far as a championship, like Kobe and Shaq did. D Wade is no where on Kobes level, D Wade isnt a really good clutch shooter, and he isnt a good 3 point shooter..hes not even a really good mid range shooter. Hes the guy that goes to the rim and gets alot of calls and hit mid range jumpers here and dere. Kobe is way above Wade, he can shoot 3s, go to the rim, shoot the midrange jumpers, and hit clutch shots, ect..Wade isnt the fourth quarter player like Kobe is. Wade and Shaq wont get a ring, Shaq will retire with only those 3 rings.

    Anyway, Spurs in 6.

    I hate Wade too but don't let your hate blind you; Wade is a damn good player in his own right.

    who's crying about injuries. this clown was braggin about beating the Heat, though the injuries deserved a mention. playoffs or not they impacted and should be brought up...i'd do the same if detroit lost becaue ben wallace and billups were injured, just stating facts. Detroit won, fair and square, but people need to get off of kobe's sack. Wade is terrific player and when you consider his age...no reason this kid wont dwarf Kobe. And i dont see why laker fans would rub it in to Shaq...sure he didnt win a title, but he did a hell of alot better than the lakers did this year. And he did a hell of alot better vs a improved from last year pistons team than he managed with kobe. If some people take joy out of Shaq's failure, i'm sure he'll think long and hard about it while he's banging his hot wife, sleeping on a pile of money and mulling over his entirely successful career. The most dominant player in the nba, kobe cant say that now can he. [IMG]

    Wade vs Kobe, who knows really. All i can say is who did better in a Detroit series? answer...not kobe.

    Kobe = 3 rings
    Wade = 0

    i've seen one too many shots taken at Kobe, and it's really getting ridiculous now. Wade may end up having a better career than KB, though i doubt it, but don't post stuff about how Wade will 'dwarf' him. Both players have been hyped enough, so settle down.
