<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">MIAMI -- It ended with a thud, not thunder. In silence, not screams.

It ended with a basketball story for Detroit, not a Hollywood one for the Heat. And so Shaquille O'Neal reached out through his gloom to shake Pistons players' hands, because a champion doesn't forget how to act, and Dwyane Wade dropped to his knees briefly on the court, because a competitor can't ignore how to feel.

The cushioned seats slapped up, the crowd went to the door until November and the loudspeakers rang out after this 88-82 Detroit win with, "The Heat thanks you for your support this season and ..."

    Motown motors on.

"We deal with the disappointment," Heat coach Stan Van Gundy said.

It was a pleasure to watch. That's what you say first. It was a pleasure to watch O'Neal play right to the end of his first Heat season, ending with 27 points Monday. It was a pleasure to watch Wade raise his game among the elite, and then raise it through injury in this deciding Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals.</div>

Noooo.. the Pistons got a HUGE BREAK in the name of a "Strained Rib Muscle", and the fact that Damon Jones just did not show up. 1 pt!!! one single POint!! I'm damn sure, I could've scored once in the game. Shaq did everything he could in Game 7. Look at the Stat Line. it's all good. Consider it Charity!
