    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pats37)</div><div class='quotemain'><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (vikingfan)</div><div class='quotemain'>Lionbacker,

I will say this...the Lions are starting to look really good. They will look like a contender when you guys dump Harrington. The kid just lacks the decision making skills as well as the raw skill to compete at this level. Obviously you guys have talent everywhere else on the field, and I still think Marriuchi is a good coach...

Your pick isn't horrible, if they get rid of Harrington.</div>

But is Garcia the answer? because he is all out of excuses now that he is with his old coach again..I mean all he did was rip his team last year...I'm honestly not sure who should start for their team though I think Harrington has enought talent I just think he has been trying to be too careful when making his reads.</div>

I don't care if you are our QB as long as you are throwing the ball to our stud WR's and not to the D. Whoever it is shouldn't have to thread the needle to often. These guys are all completely capable of getting open. Especially because teams are going to want to sto KJ first. I don't want him to try and be a Peyton Manning who throws the ball all over the field. I just want him to sit back in the pocket wait til someone is open then deliver the ball. Just throw the ball where the defenders can't get it. Let these recievers live up to their hype and earn their paycheck. I want to see BMW out jump the DB's. I want to see Rogers run past the Secondary. I want to see RW make his circus catches. And most of all I want to see a playoff WIN.

What you need is Trent Dilfer. He'd get you to the playoffs, if not further. Garcia is also not the answer.

Who knows, maybe Joey will grow up a little and start making decent passes. As has already been said, he has no excuse now.

Y'all keep on thinking the Saints aren't competition.

After week 1 the Saints will get some respect after derailing the Panthers AGAIN!!!!

The saints just need to play a full season...but I still think your defense is a little suspect...could be a playoff team but I really think Carolina can bounce back and Atlanta's D is going to be even better this season..so I'm sorry but I think the Saints could be on the outside looking in for one more year.

Biased. You have a horrible defense. People complain about the Packs defense(rightfully so). The Saint are much worse. Your offense is ok. Brooks never plays consistent. Deuce is a stud along with Joe Horn but thats about it.

I think Garcia will be a good QB in Detriot. When he is under Steve Marrucci he can be effective. He has so many weapons, if he starts he is gonna have a breakout season

Garcia has gotten older a bit. So he might only be there for this year at the most. His last 3 years have been horrible so I don't see a change. Say what you want around the coach or players. You still got to have some talent or in Garcia's case something left which remains to be unseen.

We really don't know what the Lions offense is all about. They have Kevin Jones and Roy Williams. Charles Rogers we don't really no about and Mike Williams is a rookie.

they also have Pollard who is a good TE. They have the potential to be a great offense if they get a QB

I would run all the way to Detroit if we got a QB like Trent Green. Or if Joey turns out to be a QB like Trent Green.

IMO Rogers is the most talented of the 3. He is going to break out this year watch. Oh only if the QB can get them the ball.

I am going to disagree based on this.

If Roy Williams left as a junior instead of a senior he would of been taken before Charles Rogers. Most of the scouts liked Williams but maybe the Lions would of though otherwise.

all there recievers have talent. I think all three of the 1st rounders have about the same talent. Mike Williams is a huge redzone guy. Roy Williams makes sick catches. And Rodgers is a playmaker. They just have talent in differernt areas.
