Hamilton, Hubert Davis and Bobby Simmons were traded for Jerry Stackhouse, Brian Cardinal and someone else I can't remember. I think he was a euro.

Yes well at the time of the trade, Stackhouse was better than Rip. After Grant Hill left the pistons, Stackhouse was averaging something like 25 point a game... I could bewrong though.

At the time of the trade, he was considered to be a better player than Hamilton, although he was older. At the time, the deal was considered to be equal.
