    This is the first mock draft I?ve done by myself. I tried to make it a bit different with picks, and style too. [IMG]

    <font size="2">#1.</font> <div align="center">
    [IMG]
    Milwaukee Bucks:
    Andrew Bogut
    </div>
    [imgr]http://nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/andrew-bogut-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    Why would they ever pass up on such a sure thing like Bogut? With Andrew Bogut, the Bucks get instantly better down low and along with Dan Gadzuric, the Bucks will have one of the best front courts in the east. Bogut?s footwork in the post along with his adept passing skills will spread the floor out for sharpshooter Michael Redd ? who will be more than happy staying, seeing the positive direction the team is going in and decide to stay.

    The knock on Bogut is him playing against sub-par NCAA competition, however, let?s not forget this was the same guy who held his ground against arguably the best player in the entirely league in Tim Duncan during the summer Olympics. The Player of the Year in college basketball is definitely on his way to the top and Milwaukee will have the perfect opportunity to nab him to build the franchise around. To me, it would simply be foolish passing up on Bogut.

    <font size="2">#2.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Atlanta Hawks:
    Chris Paul
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/chris-paul-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    This will definitely be a tough choice for Knight and the Hawks. Many have Atlanta taking Marvin Williams with their pick, but with the future set around All Rookie Second Teamers Childress and Smith, that swingman position seems too occupied with potential stars for the Hawks to choose Williams, so instead, they get a player labeled as the best point guard in the draft.

    With Chris Paul, the Hawks get a true floor general and someone who can reveal the true potential of the Smith?s. Additionally, he provides the Hawks with a scoring option with his quickness, athleticism, and dependable jumper. This move ensures a show someday at the Phillips Arena and instead of adding to the swingman glut, it balances out the roster and gives the Hawks more hope for the future.

    <font size="2">#3.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Portland TrailBlazers:
    Marvin Williams
    </div>
    [imgr]http://nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/marvin-williams-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    Marvin Williams the 6th man for North Carolina has enough talent to get him selected 3rd by the TrailBlazers. Although Portland has many young forwards such as Darius Miles and Travis Outlaw, none of them were as proven as Williams, and none of them possess an upside as extreme as him either. Both of them have shown flashes of one day becoming good players, but Williams has shown the physical and raw tools of one day becoming a superstar in the league in the near future.

    With a player of Marvin?s caliber, the frontcourt of the Blazers will be loaded with talent and the young combo of Randolph and Williams will be able to take the Blazers far someday. Add that to the fact Nick Van Exel?s expiring contract could get them a decent star (similarly to Baron Davis going to the Warriors); you get the formula for contending. It seems like a no-brainer for the Blazers to pick up Williams.

    <font size="2">#4.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    New Orleans Hornets:
    Gerald Green
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/gerald-green-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    With their roster needing all the help it can get, New Orleans decides to select Gerald Green with their 4th pick in hopes of him becoming ?The Next Big Thing? like many project him as. The comparisons have proved inaccurate most times; nonetheless scouts can?t help but evaluate his game to a young Tracy McGrady.

    With the Hornets officially rebuilding, they are in no rush at all to climb up and out of the NBA cellar. They have more than enough time to wait for Green to develop ? because it won?t be anytime soon. While waiting, the crowd should be delighted by the show Green and Smith perform. Although they?ll probably be losing many games next season, the tickets sales might be lukewarm rather than ice cold thanks to the Smith, Green duo.

    <font size="2">#5.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Charlotte Bobcats:
    Deron Williams
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/deron-williams-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    Although the Bobcats weren?t too happy by the luck of the balls during the lottery, they don?t lose because Deron Williams is still available. Williams reminds scouts of Jason Kidd because of his passing skills, hardnosed defense, and because they share the same bodies. With a playmaker such as Deron around, rising star, Emeka Okafor and their 13th overall pick will surely be able to benefit with the presence of a floor general of his prowess around.

    Brevin Knight has done an exceptional job so far in his one-year stint with Charlotte; leading the league in assist per turnover ratio and second leader in assists per game with 9, plus serving as the one of the teams only veterans, but at 30 years of age in a few months, it is obvious Knight won?t be around forever, so picking up Williams ? an NBA ready point guard with potential written all over him is the best thing to do. Rumors have it that the Bobcats might pick up the Carolina native and local collegiate, Raymond Felton, but Williams has shown that he is clearly a step above Felton and passing up on Williams to sell a few more tickets will not necessarily be the best move in the W/L column.

    <font size="2">#6.</font> <div align="center">
    [IMG]
    Utah Jazz:
    Raymond Felton
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/raymond-felton-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    The Jazz pick up Tar Heel, Raymond Felton and have their point guard of the future. The Jazz add defensive intensity in their backcourt which should go well with Andrei Kirilenko?s defensive intensity in the frontcourt. Felton is also a very good scorer and a true-blue traditional pass-first, point guard. Although not as good as Paul and Williams, Felton is not a pushover and will give the Jazz the best point guard they?ve ever had since John Stockton.

    The drafting of Felton will allow the Jazz to get immediately better as they make a playoff push for next season. Felton will have plenty to work with despite getting drafted by a team with the 4th worst record in the league this season. The main reason why the Jazz are in the lottery is because of all of the injuries the team had to deal with. Now with a healthy roster, don?t be surprised to see Felton orchestrate the Jazz to a playoff team.

    <font size="2">#7.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Toronto Raptors:
    Danny Granger
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/danny-granger-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    Based on the Raptors unfortunate situation last year, Babcock wants to keep his job, and I?m sure he has learned his lesson, which is why I have him drafting someone like the underrated Danny Granger, a player who can do it all. Granger gives the Raptors, defense, versatility and a hard worker who along with Chris Bosh, can help restore Canada?s only team to where it was in the early 2000?s.

    At 32, Jalen Rose isn?t getting any younger and the Raptors will unload that contract the first chance they get. Granger is the perfect player to replace Rose and his services will be more valuable to the team. If he played for a high profile team like North Carolina, Duke, or Kansas, he would definitely be a top 3 pick in the draft. Toronto gets lucky having such a player added to their roster with their 7th pick.

    <font size="2">#8.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    New York Knicks:
    Channing Frye
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/channing-frye-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    No, you?re not misreading anything; your eyes are perfectly fine. The Knicks are selecting Channing Frye with their 8th pick. Upfront, the Knicks desperately need size and having Frye a seven-footer takes care of that. Now, Sweetney at a mere 6?8 will not be forced to play opposing team?s centers. In addition, the Knicks will have a serviceable shot blocker to bail out their perimeter defense.

    Reports have it that Isiah Thomas is interested in him and believes his attitude is perfect for playing in New York. Another thing that has intrigued Thomas is he has bulked up significantly and now is 260 pounds. His midrange game has also been said to have improved as well as his explosiveness and lateral movement. There is definitely a possibility that Frye becomes a Knick based on their situation and because once you catch Zeke?s eye, it?s likely to remain on you and Frye has done that.

    <font size="2">#9.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Golden State Warriors:
    Fran Vazquez
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/fran-vasquez-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    Fran Vazquez is an athletic big man with a great work ethic and although he probably won?t be a star in the NBA, what makes him a lottery pick is how NBA-ready he is and the defensive intensity and energy he brings to the table night in and night out.

    The Warriors could use someone like him because of his immediate impact. As soon as Baron Davis was acquired, Golden State went on an unbelievable run and they will likely want to continue this next season. Vazquez will benefit them because of his interior presence on the defensive end. This move should help out Foyle in the frontcourt and help lock up the paint on defense. On offense, his reliable midrange jumper should spread the floor out for Davis to penetrate.

    <font size="2">#10.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Los Angeles Lakers:
    Jarrett Jack
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/jarrett-jack-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    Laker fans prayers are answered; they will not have to watch yet another year of Chucky Atkins as the starting point guard. With Jarrett Jack, the Lakers get a solid defensive-minded point guard who is unselfish and will be more than happy passing the rock to a superstar like Kobe Bryant.

    Although Jack?s potential is not that of a potential superstar, contrary to most players that are drafted with the ?potential superstar? labels on them, he doesn?t come with the risks. He?s an all-around solid player and if the Lakers draft someone like him to go along with Odom and Butler who have still yet to reach their peaks, they can definitely contend in the near future.

    <font size="2">#11.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Orlando Magic:
    Martell Webster
    </div>
    [imgr]http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/ABPub/2005/03/30/2002215053.jpg[/imgr]
    With rumors swirling around the Magic loving this kid, it?s no surprise that they use their 11th pick in the lottery to draft this guy. Scouts love him because he has an NBA-ready body and is quite mature for someone his age. With the presence of a shooting threat proving to be valuable to the Magic, Webster provides that and has a great upside.

    This will be the second high school player the Magic have taken in the draft and this player will be a perfect fit for Dwight Howard. When Howard starts to really blossom, he will command instant double teams and Webster will be the perfect punisher to the opposition. I guess you can call him a ?silent assassin? because of this. He should also benefit Francis? and Nelson?s penetration abilities. This is an excellent pickup for Orlando.

    <font size="2">#12.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Los Angeles Clippers:
    Antoine Wright
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/antoine-wright-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    Yet another rumor is fulfilled as the L.A. Clippers select Texas A&M sharpshooter, Antoine Wright who has been rumored to have gotten a guarantee from the Clippers if he discontinued his great workouts which he has not to my knowledge. With Kerry Kittles having injury problems and only getting older, Wright can fill in that void and give them a great shooting guard for the future.

    Although the most improved player Bobby Simmons and their leading scorer Corey Maggette are two great young swingmen, this will not stop the Clippers from grabbing Wright along with his upside. The Clippers have always been known to take the best player available regardless of position and this year likely won?t be any different. Wright will help the Clippers reach the playoffs for the first time in many, many years.

    <font size="2">#13.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Charlotte Bobcats:
    Rashad McCants
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/rashad-mccants-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    With Charlotte in need of a shooting guard, this seems like the logical pick. McCants is said to go later, but let?s face it; if it was not for his attitude at UNC, he would definitely be a no-brainer for the lottery. Rashad McCants is the best shooting guard available at this stage and gives the Bobcats a brilliant scorer as the off guard.

    Other prospects such as Warrick, and Graham would only hinder the development of young, thriving 22-year old Gerald Wallace. McCants will be playing in Charlotte after being in UNC and actually being a native of North Carolina. This should make the Bobcats more interested in him.

    <font size="2">#14.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Minnesota Timberwolves:
    Joey Graham
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/joey-graham-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    With Graham now the best player available and NBA-ready, Kevin McHale will most likely take him. At age 23, he is mentally prepared for the NBA challenge and at a strong 225 pounds of muscle, he is physically ready as well.

    With Sprewell almost certainly leaving this summer and the Timberwolves still looking for someone to take on Wally Szczerbiak and his contract, Graham seems like a good pick. He?s not drenched with potential, but he doesn?t come with the risks either. With Graham and Garnett being a perennial MVP candidate every season, Graham should be able to help Minnesota reach the playoffs next season.

    <font size="2">#15.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    New Jersey Nets:
    Sean May
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/sean-may-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    With the 15th pick in the draft, the Nets select the March Madness hero, Sean May to help solidify their frontcourt. Although May is undersized, and may not be able to run the floor quite well, with the new trio in the tri-state area, that won?t be a concern at all.

    May will provide the Nets with a decent post up threat who might be able to command double teams sometime in the near future. May can give New Jersey strength in the frontcourt to make up for his lack of size. There will be times that New Jersey won?t be able to run and for these half court situations, the NCAA?s Most Outstanding Player will come in handy.

    <font size="2">#16.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Toronto Raptors:
    Charlie Villanueva
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/charlie-villanueva-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    At this point, the Raptors simply select the best talent available and that player is Charlie Villanueva or Charlie Skillanueva as some people like to refer to him as. With Araujo looking like he won?t get any better (especially considering he?s turning 25 this offseason), the Raptors can have their center of the future.

    Villanueva is so very versatile, he can fill in many voids for the Raptors and that one at the 5 spot is their biggest one. He should compliment Chris Bosh perfectly with his midrange jumper and his passing skills. I see this as a very good move for Toronto and if he can continue playing the way he has in workouts, he might be able to go even higher.

    <font size="2">#17.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Indiana Pacers:
    Rudy Fernandez
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/rudy-fernandez-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    Reggie Miller is retiring which means Indiana could use a good shooter. That?s where Rudy Fernandez comes in. He definitely won?t replace the great shooter Reggie Miller was, but with the Pacers looking to contend for the championship again with their roster fully healthy (and not suspended), Fernandez can make a great impact.

    Jermaine O?Neal and Jamaal Tinsley should create many open shots for him and Fernandez will be able to knock them down with ease. What makes him even more valuable is because just like Reggie, he excels in crunch time and ?loves to take the big shot? according to NBADraft.net. DraftCity says ?He excels in big situations.? He should be especially useful playing in Indiana.

    <font size="2">#18.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Boston Celtics:
    Johan Petro
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/johan-petro-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    The Celtics don?t have any glaring needs so they pick up the best player available which happens to be the French center, Johan Petro. Petro?s best features are his great physical tools such as his athleticism, wingspan, and vertical leap.

    Although Petro will be a project, by the time Blount and LaFrentz start to decline (which is right around the corner), Petro will be ready to make an impact and frontcourt-mate Al Jefferson will be flourishing as well. These two young players can form one of the most dynamic frontcourts in the NBA.

    <font size="2">#19.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Memphis Grizzlies:
    Hakim Warrick
    </div>
    [imgr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/hakim-warrick-hd.jpg[/imgr]
    With Stromlie Swift ready to collect his money elsewhere, Hakim Warrick is the perfect replacement for him and unlike Swift, the Grizzlies are blest with a hardworking player who will never have any attitude problems.

    Warrick is hard to project because of his size, but that athleticism (possibly the most athletic player in the draft) makes you want to think twice before passing up on him. It?s possible Warrick gets selected higher, but for version 1, he?s here with the Grizzlies at #19.

    <font size="2">#20.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Denver Nuggets:
    Kennedy Winston
    </div>
    [imgl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/kennedy-winston-hd.jpg[/imgl]
    With Voshon Lenard suffering from a major injury at age 32, the Nuggets get a valuable replacement. Along with a playmaker like Andre Miller and a post-up threat like Kenyon Martin, Winston is sure to thrive with his skillful shooting.

    At around 6-7, Winston has pretty good size as well. The way he runs the floor along with his shooting stroke makes him the perfect fit for the Nuggets run-and-gun offense. I expect him to be a valuable contributor for the Nuggets next season.

    <font size="2">#21.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Phoenix Suns:
    Chris Taft
    </div>
    [IMGr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/chris-taft-hd.jpg[/IMGr]
    The freefall finally stops here and Taft gets drafted at #21 by the Suns. The Suns know talent and might feel hard-pressed passing up on this guy who many scouts believed could be the #1 pick after a ?promising? season at Pittsburgh when he was a freshman.

    At 6?10, 260 pounds, Taft has the potential to be a load in the paint, but what makes him even more intriguing is simply he is a big man. The Suns have been playing out of position all year and although they got away with it in the regular season, it became painfully obvious that it wasn?t going to work in the playoffs. This move will allow Stoudemire to move his natural small forward position, and Marion to move to his natural small forward position. Taft is a bit undersized, but his length and strength should allow him to play center comfortably.

    <font size="2">#22.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Denver Nuggets
    Andray Blatche
    </div>
    [IMGl]http://www.jordanclassic.com/05photos/05_blatche.jpg[/IMGl]
    Andray Blatche is one of the best big man prospects in high school if not he is the best. He is long, athletic, and handles the ball well for someone who is 7-feet. In addition, he has very great range that extends all the way to the NBA 3-point line. He has the potential to be a great player in the NBA if he can utilize all of his great skills.

    With the Nuggets having George Karl for one full year, the Nuggets are bound to be playoff bound yet again, however, this time instead of being the 7th seed, a 4th or 5th seed is definitely possible. With great big man mentors like Marcus Camby, Kenyon Martin, and Nene around, they can afford to wait for him develop.

    <font size="2">#23.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Sacramento Kings
    Francisco Garcia
    </div>
    [IMGr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/francisco-garcia-hd.jpg[/IMGr]
    Cuttino Mobley is a free agent this season and is probably leaving Sac-town this season leaving the shooting guard position wide open for Garcia to come and pick up where Mobley left off.

    With Garcia, the Kings get a great shooter who can play multiple positions and shooting guard is going to be the position where they need the most help. He also is an excellent passer and this will be helpful for Mike Bibby. A playmaker like Garcia will allow Mike Bibby to utilize his scoring ability more while the offense is still running smoothly.

    <font size="2">#24.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Houston Rockets
    Wayne Simien
    </div>
    [IMGl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/wayne-simien-hd.jpg[/IMGl]
    With the Rockets needing a power forward desperately, they get Kansas big man, Wayne Simien who is one of those deserving players who dominated NCAA competition, but his lack of height severely hurt his stock. He still managed to get picked up in the first round though.

    Simien is a beast in the paint and has a great midrange jumper as well. He?s an excellent rebounder as well and has the experience playing with a great elite NCAA team. He should take a load off of Yao in the paint and I guarantee you, he will be able to be more productive than Clarence Weatherspoon and Vin Baker and possibly Juwan Howard too.

    <font size="2">#25.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Seattle Supersonics
    Ike Diogu
    </div>
    [IMGr]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/ike-diogu-hd.jpg[/IMGr]
    The Sonics get lucky as they steal Diogu; who is yet another player that dropped low because of his size, similarly to the previous selection of Wayne Simien. If Diogu were two or three inches taller, he could contend for the number one pick.

    With the Sonics having two of their main power forwards in Reggie Evans and Vladimir Radmanovic as free agents this summer, I see them taking no chances and drafting Diogu. Big Ike gives them rebounding (although not as good as Evans), and a good shot-blocker because of his 7?4 wingspan. This should be useful just incase Jerome James decides to leave Seattle.

    <font size="2">#26.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Detroit Pistons
    Randolph Morris
    </div>
    [IMGl]http://www.nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/randolph-morris-hd.jpg[/IMGl]
    He declared too early likely blinded by the luxuries of the NBA life, but the Pistons might as well take him. They?re a championship-caliber team so there aren?t any major needs at all, but McDyess and the Wallace?s aren?t getting any younger.

    With Randolph Morris, in addition to getting someone who can keep Darko company, they get a pretty strong young frontcourt and when they finally get minutes, they should be impressive. If Morris stayed longer in college, he could be a lottery pick, but to the Pistons benefit, he declares early and they get a talented steal.

    <font size="2">#27.</font> <div align="center">
    [IMG]
    Utah Jazz
    Yaroslav Korolev
    </div>
    [IMGr] http://nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/yar...-korolev-hd.jpg[/IMGr]
    The Jazz are a pretty solid team and if they weren?t weighed down by injuries this past season, they would have definitely been in the playoffs and maybe even advanced a round.

    They pick Korolev someone dripping with potential who they can leave overseas to develop. He resembles Andrei Kirilenko a lot, and when Kirilenko starts to decline, this guy will be ready to pick up where he left off.

    <font size="2">#28.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    San Anotino Spurs
    Julius Hodge
    </div>
    [IMGl]http://nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/julius-hodge-hd.jpg[/IMGl]
    Hodge?s stock has reportedly sky rocketed and the Spurs seem to be interested. They get what they want and get the guy from one of the best places on earth, Harlem. The way his game is, scouts are comparing him to Penny Hardaway!

    Hodge can play multiple positions and can serve as a playmaker to let Parker score more while putting him responsible in running the team. Hodge is a leader and with San Antonio full of those, he should fit right in.

    <font size="2">#29.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    Miami Heat
    David Lee
    </div>
    [IMGr]http://nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/david-lee-hd.jpg[/IMGr]
    With Udonis Haslem being a free agent, it is possible he might leave the contending Miami Heat for some more money this season. With that being a concern, the Heat grab local collegiate, David Lee who serves as perfect insurance just incase Haslem leaves.

    If Haslem stays, than the Heat get much deeper; but don?t hold your breath on that one, Haslem is a double-double threat every night and many teams will pay (and perhaps overpay) for a player like him.

    <font size="2">#30.</font> <div align="center">[IMG]
    New York Knicks
    Ronny Turiaf
    </div>
    [IMGl]http://nbadraft.net/profiles/headshots/ronny-turiaf-hd.jpg[/IMGl]
    Ronny Turiaf has definitely helped his stock at the Chicago predraft camp and playing all four years in college, he is tough enough for what the NBA throws at him and more importantly he is tough enough for what New York has to throw at him.

    Frye is definitely not going to provide the Knicks with all of their help in the middle, so Turiaf provides, more help and is NBA ready which will answer the cries of an impatient New York. With the Knicks getting cap relief in the next couple of years, the best time to win is now and Turiaf will give this to the Knicks.

    Yaroslav Korolev is going to the Clippers, they're really interested in him

    Bobcats are gonna take the best player available, and thats Felton

    I'm not too high on Fyre, heard the guy isn't physical, even though Isiah will probably choose him at 8

    Can't see the Nets choosing May over Taft and Charlie V

    Kennedy Winston is a little too high, but other than that this is the best mock draft I seen, with the best style also

    Pretty nice, but right now, I really doubt that the Hawks take Paul with their 2nd pick. The only way I can see them taking Paul is with another pick, that they traded down for. Other than that, Marvin Williams looks like a lock for the top 2.

    I disagree with many of your picks, however, those are based on my opinions on what I believe the team will do. Most of your reasons seem logical though.

The only way I can see them taking Paul is with another pick, that they traded down for. Other than that, Marvin Williams looks like a lock for the top 2.

    I disagree with many of your picks, however, those are based on my opinions on what I believe the team will do. Most of your reasons seem logical though.</div>
    Thanks, I just found out after I posted it, the Hawks won't pass up on Marvin. I just didn't see the point of Marvin if they had both Childress and Josh Smith. Marvin would create a real glut at small forward.

    I like how you kind of tried to stray away from the common trends in mock drafts with some interesting and innovative pick selections, big props for that. I know that's probably why you put Paul going to the Hawks, and as unrealistic as it is... he could complement Al Harrington very nicely.

    Good job though.

    Good mock draft!!! It was better than mine, and I liked the reasons for Utah taking Felton, better than the JBB crew's reason on their official web site version. I like the Picks that you had though.
    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Jose:</div><div class="quote_post">Yaroslav Korolev is going to the Clippers, they're really interested in him

    Bobcats are gonna take the best player available, and thats Felton</div>
    Dude Jose, why the heck would the Clippers waste a pick that high, on someone like Korolev, there is really talent that high.
    Felton best player available, sure they should take him, so Utah can get Williams that is the real best player available for Sloan's system.

    Me choosing Paul over Marvin was a combination of wanting to be different and also small forward wasn't a main concern. Josh Smith, Josh Childress, Al Harrington and Marvin Williams would create a jam at small forward. What's the problem?

    Yeah that's what I was touching on too. That's like the Heat resigning 'Zo and then picking a Center in the first round. *shrug*

    I actually think the Hawks are better suited by picking Paul. But I was unsure (still kind of am) whether ur comment on post #4 had sarcasm in it...

    No, what makes you think sarcasm is involved?

    Well that would make sense since both Zo and Shaq are getting older so that pick would be for the future. It is a different case for Atlanta though since Josh Smith are really young. You would have 3 really young guys at one position and that wouldn't be good. The only reason that would explain them drafting Marvin would be if they moved Childress to SG and Josh Smith to PF (6'9" and 225 lbs.). Then you would have some youth spread out across three positions and gives you a nice future ahead of you.

    I got it cleared it, what I read from the forums was that 12 - 15, * Clippers or Nets show serious interest

    The nets are being rumored to have promised to select Yaroslav Korolev in the upcoming draft.

    Key word "Rumored", that just means that the people are making up this stuff most of the time.

    By any chance can you find me that crack head mock draft with the AI to Jazz trade? [IMG]

    Don't think there is really a log jam at small forward for the Hawks. Harrington is a 3/4, and has been playing the four after the Walker trade. Childress and Smith can both play shooting guard. You won't necessarily have one position with four starter-calibre players, but rather four of them at three spots.

    Other than that, I like this mock. In depth analysis of every pick, although I just don't see how Houston would pass up Turiaf...

    Good Draft, the only things I don't like are the Raptors taking Villanueva and Granger.
