I say the chance of Joe Johnson staying is 99%. The Suns said they will max out JJ, which is a message to other GMs looking at JJ that they will match any offer. With that said, most GMs will be scared off because they don't want to overpay for JJ and they also don't want to be committed to him while the Suns still have the option of matching their offer. Any team who gives him an offer, has to wait 15 days, and in those 15 days they could lose out on plenty of other free agents. The only team I see with the money and possibly the patience to try and land Joe Johnson is the Cleveland Cavs.
