I like all the Raptor picks, except for the 16th which I disagree with. If Ukic is available at 16, I think he's a safe pick to go with other than the undesized, slightly overweight May, who plays the same position as our franchise player.

I don't see Gerald Green as the #3 pick anymore. The Blazers told him not to show up to a workout recently, and the teams they are shopping the pick to would all take Paul. I also never understood Felton over Deron. I can't see Fran Vazquez fall to #11, and I don't think both the Magic and the Clippers would pass up on Martell Webster. NBADraft.Net believes that Yaroslav Korolev has a top 15 promise, but if that's true I don't think his destination is New Jersey, but rather Minnesota or Los Angeles (Clippers). New Jersey really has no need for another wing, especially one who might not even come to the NBA for a year or two. It would make much more sense to me if they took Diogu, Warrick, or May. Speaking of Warrick, he's way too low at #23. Villanueva doesn't make much sense to me at #19. As far as I know, the Grizzlies haven't even worked him out. Simien had a great workout for them yesterday, and it looks like he may be their man if Petro, Diogu, and May are all off the board. They need toughness and nastiness downlow, and that's not Villanueva. Denver's second pick is interesting. After they draft a Shooting Guard, they'll probably look overseas, and not for a Power Forward, a position where they're overstacked. Even if they go for the best player available, that would be Hakim Warrick. Sacramento and Houston really need a Power Forward more than anything else, so I don't understand why both would pass up on Taft, especially for Monta Ellis. I was going to say that San Antonio would take Ersan Ilyasova over Mickael Gelabale, but then I noticed you didn't even have Ilyasova in your mock, howcome? As for the second round, I don't understand why you have Erazem Lorbek so high. When he played college basketball, he couldn't even put up more than five points per game. He's a complete stiff who's soft and weak. The only reason he's even a prospect this year is because he's 6-11. You also have C.J. Miles in there twice (#34 and #50). Where's Luther Head? He definitely deserves a spot in the second round over guys like Tiras Wade and Tre Simmons. And how about John Gilchrist?

It was a pretty solid mock overall though. [IMG]

Ha, talk about sucking all the fun out of having a go at a mock draft.

Hey, I only picked out a few things. He did two rounds, 60 picks. My post was long, but that was because I was just elaborating on why I felt some of those picks were wrong. Talk about sucking the fun out of having a go at a reply. [IMG]

I don't see anyone mentioning Alan Anderson as a potential sleeper. He's athletic, and would love it if the Raps pick him up by either 2nd rder (actually, I'd be ecstatic if he lasts to the 58th).

He scored the fastest time in the Agility Lane Drill at the Chicago Camp this week, beating guys like Felton, Paul and Mccants.

The guy can ball! Team him up with his fellow Spartan, Mo P.

I don't think Toronto will draft Sean May. He won't even be the best available player IMO.
