I found an article from a Spain newspaper and I translated part of it into English, Here it is in Spanish-

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">HAY ACUERDO ENTRE EL JUGADOR Y EL CLUB GERUNDENSE POR CUATRO TEMPORADAS

    There it is translated:

    <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">L?pez is Close with Girona

Akasvayu's financial offer [to L?pez] can set in motion a signing
that seemed unbelievable just a few days ago

When the real estate agency Akasvayu settled in Girona, promising the arrival of players to the Edu Towers team, the grandiose presentation seemed difficult to believe. Nevertheless, the rumors that surfaced some days ago (and that seemed science fiction) have become reality in very little time. The Girona [ownership team], via a negotiated operation among three groups, would be able to announce at the beginning of the next week the signing of point guard Ra?l L?pez of Utah Jazz for the next four seasons.

Akasvayu made the first contact with the agents of the point guard from Vic, and the player quickly responded favorably to the Girona's substantial offer, that offers four years at around 1.5 million euro per season. The 24-year-old point guard, after three difficult seasons on an NBA team, seems inclined to return to the ACB League and thus he notified his agents.

Although before giving the green light to his representatives to seek release from the Utah Jazz, with whom he has an additional year on his contract, L?pez had several meetings with representatives from Akasvayu in which they presented the ambitious project that is launching in Girona and also to be assured that his contract would be approved by the main sponsor of the Girona team. After being assured of the viability of the new project, he also sat with the team trainer, Edu Towers, with whom he had at least three meetings to know the plan of the team that he would lead for the next few years.

Once L?pez was convinced of the legitimacy of the Akasvayu Girona project, he authorized his agents to negotiate the release from his contract with Utah and to free him of the clause that gives Madrid the first right of refusal upon his return to Europe. In principle, Utah will not stand in the way of Lopez leaving, while the Madrid team has the right of refusal for a period of ten days that began this past Monday. If this period elapses [without Madrid picking up the option] next week, the contract [with Girona] will be announced.</div>

Still so lost...lmao everyother word is still a spanish name or a spanish company. I don't know about Raul Lopez, he seems to be a risk, but he is a good enough player that just needs to stop the injuries.

Any way, he's going to be gone next year. Now we definetly need a Point Guard.
    Here's another article:

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Utah Jazz: The team is discussing buying out the contract of point guard Raul Lopez, whose brief NBA career has been marred by injuries.

    Lopez

Kevin O'Connor, the Jazz vice president for basketball operations, said Friday the team hopes to have a decision on Lopez before the end of the month.

"We're in discussions with him to see exactly what he wants to do and what we want to do," O'Connor said.

If the Jazz reach an agreement with the 25-year-old Lopez, he might resume playing professionally in his native Spain.

Lopez, who had two major surgeries on his right knee before ever playing for the Jazz, played in only 31 games last season. He missed the first 18 while recovering from cartilage surgery on his right knee after bumping it in a preseason scrimmage. After playing the middle stretch of the season, he injured his left knee and didn't play again.

The Jazz have four picks in the upcoming draft, including two in the first round, and have been looking heavily at guards. Lopez is the only point guard still under contract.</div>

If Raul Lopez gets a buyout, the Jazz will have no Point Guards under contract for next season. The Jazz are looking to draft a PG, bring in a Free Agent PG and they have expressed interest in bringing back Keith McLeod. Point Guard could be a problem for the Jazz again next season, depending on who they get and performances.

If Raul is done in a Jazz uniform, it wouldn't be a big lost. He's way too injury prone and weak to survive in the NBA. Keith McLeod, a FA(Watson, AD and others) or 2nd rounder (Gilchrist, Stoudamire, Aaron Miles, Filiberto Rivera)should more than fill in for whatever he contributed in the games he played in.

I guess the Jazz are going to go after a point guard in this years draft unless they want to keep Mcleod at the helm.
