Joey Graham tested out to be the best with Luke Schensher bringing up the rear. Monta Ellis surprised me with his vertical because I thought he jumped a little higher that 31 inches. Chris Paul impressed me with a 38 inch vert. Most of these were lacking in the strength area. Monta couldnt get 185 lbs up once. Monta's stock is slipping. Will Bynums is rising.

These workouts are very revealing. They seperate myth from fact, such as the myths that Monta Ellis and Antoine Wright were great athletes, or that Martell Webster was much stronger than Gerald Green, who ended up bench pressing just as much as Webster.

One more bit of info that you don't have in that post is that they were tested in four areas: bench pressing, vertical jump, ?-court sprint, and lane agility. While it doesn't say it in this chart, Alan Anderson of Michigan State had the fastest time in the lane agility drill with 10.32 seconds. He's really working his way into the first round the old fashion way.

How about Hodge,he matches Taft in the bench,he has more wingspan than Martynas, beats Chris Paul in the sprint and then has a surprising low vertical leap, which I'd have thought he'd do well in....must have worn out during the weightlift part. It is interesting, still,as I often saw commrnts that Hodge was skinny and would get pushed around. Of course we all saw allegations Martynas Andrimush was real athletic and had skills......

If it is ok with the moderator I can cut and post the article where I got these stats from. They only posted some of the players. There were 75 in all. The article was from ESPN insider.

Sorry, I'm going to have to say no on that one. Posting Insider on JBB would just mean nothing but trouble for us. Here is a copy of their Terms of Use for clarification.

    Thanks for the offer though.
