The Kobe Bryant thing for example, I think people thought that was a little bit harsh?but absolutely true if you take it the right way. Are you looking forward to the Lakers game? It?s kind of interesting with you with you guys being represented by the same agency, and that?s kind of why I really like that the most?you just really don?t beat around the bush at all (laughs). Andrew Bogut: Yeah definitely. It was taken out of context because I never said?you know all I said was what happened with Shaq. I think everybody knows that, I didn?t need to say that already. But you know he?s still one of the best players in the NBA. I know he?s one of the best and he?ll be a hall of famer for sure. I have respect for him on the basketball court, it?s just that I don?t have respect for him off the court. Which is what a lot of people think. I?m looking forward to playing against Kobe just like I?m looking forward to playing against anyone else. It?s the NBA and I?m going to take every game as it comes. If he dunks on me or whatever, I really don?t care.</div> Link
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">If he dunks on me, I really dont care.</div> muwhahahaha. Acting like he doesn't care........LOL
Haha, that's what he was told to say. He knows hes gonna get dunked on. Thats why hes saying he doesnt care right now.
I think Bogut is merely responding to all of the pathetic responses from people who are in love with Kobe. Instead of trying to discredit the things that Bogut initially said, they bring up irrelevant nonsense about Kobe being a better player and being able to dunk on him. In case anybody missed it, this is what he said: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"There's no one I really hate, but Kobe [Bryant] had a demeanor of being very cocky," he said. "What happened with Shaq. . . . If I had a chance to play with Shaq or Tim, if they told me to buy them groceries, I don't care, I buy them groceries. It's a gift to play with somebody like that. Kobe is probably one of the guys that, everybody knows it, he's got that cocky arrogance to him, everything has to surround around him the whole time. Otherwise, he doesn't function. That's the biggest example. "If you're playing with Shaquille [O'Neal], a Hall of Famer, you keep your mouth shut and play if you want more rings," Bogut continued. </div> How can you disagree with that? He was asked a question and he answered it. It's not like the writer asked him, "do you like tacos?" and that was his response. I'm just not sure that I understand the whole idea of Bogut not being allowed to speak his opinion because Kobe might dunk on him.
OMG ROFLCOPTER!!!!! PWNED. Dude, ok, Kobe can dunk on people, and Bogut knows that. What's the big deal of saying it over and over every post??? I'm glad he has the balls to speak his mind instead of being some puss. He said he had "had a demeanor of being very cocky" and basically you know Kobe is pretty damn cocky. It's not necessarily a bad thing, everybody knows MJ was cocky. The main difference between the two is MJ dominated and Kobe has tiime left to match that but it remains to be seen. Whatever, just enough with the pwnaged crap about bogut saying that. Another thing, he's 7-feet tall and if i was him i'd just foul the **** out of kobe if he tried to dunk on me. I hope he does it too, we need some big men with some nuts.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting trenchteam:</div><div class="quote_post">muwhahahaha. Acting like he doesn't care........LOL</div> What makes you think he cares? People get dunked on every damn game..it's just the nature of the game...
