I'm very happy that we are staying put at #11. We were offering way to much and I don't think Deron Williams was worth it. I hope we can trade Doug or Kelvin for some more picks and get some more talent down low to compliment Howard in the paint.

I also like the list of players we have our eyes on. Wright and Webster would make me very happy and I think we will choose one of them. Channing Frye won't be available at #11 because he won't slip past both the Knicks and Warriors. Hakim Warrick is a reach and probably is a fourth option behind both of these young guards. I say we pick one of the guys I mentioned above, trade Francis for a power forward and then deal Doug and Kelvin for picks.

    That would give us:

    PG- Jameer Nelson
    SG- Webster/Wright
    SF- Grant Hill
    PF- Carlos Boozer
    C- Dwight Howard

Think about it. The Jazz need a PG and we need a PF. We swap Francis for Boozer are set. Then we will have a good bench made up of our other picks, Hedo, Deshawn, Battie and maybe Kelvin and Christie if their not traded. Salaries match on that deal and it benefits both teams. If we pull that off I will be very happy and I think we will be instant playoff contenders.

^ I like the Francis trade...
We can get Boozer and another trash from Jazz with the remaining caps...
Francis 40+mil while Boozer just 36-7mil right??? (if i'm not wrong)

Kelvin and Christie as a package, i dunno whether any team will want a pair of slow/old men (they made me think like this, in the second half of the season) with the huge caps of them...i really wondering who can we get. (help me out [IMG] )

Seriously guys, there is no way that new orleans trade will go down. I like the magic taking the number 11 pick. Most Likely sean may will be available who i think is the best fit for what is available at that pick. He'd work well with dwight and we could experiment with either of them at center. I think hed be an instant impact player.

Francis is making $12,330,000 in his Annual Contract and Boozer is making $10,967,500. The Jazz could add Howard Eisley, Raja Bell, Curtis Borchardt or Kirk Snyder and it would work.

Kelvin and Christie are probably worth second round picks now that they are older and both injury prone. They are both making 7.8 mil so it is going to be hard to get anything but other useless veterens for them. Hopefully we will get something for them (especially Christie since he wants out).

Expiring contracts are good for something. We have a very good squad here. I think we need time and a couple more role players. If we had a guy like Robery Horry who could come off the bench, play offense and defense and command attention we would be set. If that sounds familiar it was Pat Garritys old role when he had legs. Garrity use to be on opposing teams scouting reports now its just injury reports. I wish he could get back to his old self he could be a very big assest once Dwight starts demanding double teams. Which at his rate shouldnt be long. Our core piece are here for a while we just need to add so wisdom to go along with the talent. Im glad we have so many Magic fans out here. I hope we can make the most out of this draft like we did last year.

He started getting Double Teamed at the end of the season so teams know hes a big part of are offense. If we could keep Francis this year and maybe shop him in 2-3 years for a superstar that might want out like Tmac did. Hes our leading scorer we need him till Dwight and Nelson get going.
I like Dave and Otis saying were drafting around Dwight they dont want him to get away so we got Nelson and maybe with #11 a future Sg or Pf for His team. A good Swingman in Wright or a good low post game in May. Trading the 2nds? Anyone know what were doin with them, Memphis doesnt want theres the Suns could use our 2nd for Salim if he still there. Maybe trading the 2nds for a late 1st and if we really want Dwilliams try a package of #11/late 1st + Kato or Cristie for #4? Dont know if thats good but if Dave and Otis see him being a great point guard then they should try.
