Jose, I know about that trade rumor, I reported on it 2 weeks ago, however, if the trade goes through, you'd still have Granger to NO and Vasquez to Utah. In the end, they'd be switching and NO would get Utah's #27. And Miami has worked out Turiaf, but I think Lee is a better fit. And in your empty 27 spot go big or BPA. I say, based on your list, you've got Monta Ellis who could play point in Utah and score (something they need both of) or Andray Blatche, who would bring a lot to a team like Utah and could use a great coach like Jerry Sloan.
Utah would take Ronny Turiaf with the 27th pick, and David Lee would go in at the Heat spot. Blatche might go good in the Heat spot too.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting GiantMidget:</div><div class="quote_post">Just make sure to leave Jarret Jack off the list.Hes going to school for another year.</div> sure about that ??? Everywhere I look Jack is in the draft for sure now that the deadline has passed. That and he will be picked up in the first round. Hopefully by the Raptors with the 16th pick!
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting NBAFan4Life:</div><div class="quote_post">OKay.. Who Does. and Where is Villanueva</div> If the Lakers stay at 10, Jack would probably be the choice. Villanueva is hard to decide, because he could go anywhere from 16-25.

Assuming Granger is gone GS will be taking Diogu or Warrick. The Lakers then will pick either the other one-or Andrew Bynum. The other HS big,Blatche, may well go top 15. Teams will take a real serious look at all aspects of Bynum,Blatche,Petro,Vasquez,R Morris,Taft,in terms of what foundation is there, what does the player display in terms of work ethic, desire to achieve,on court energy+effort. Bynum has that size teams crave and has the effort. Blatche has developed significant skills,Petro has not,Morris has not. Vasquez has upside, sure, but is not so polished relative to his age,and physically would be a rather undersize C,even 10lb light as a PF. Enough has been said about Taft, the deal is you don't know if the desire, skills will show later on. Oh yeah,Martynas,a player who's achievements to date show he may be a smaller Manute Bol,a less skilled Shawn Bradley, somehow I am reluctant to class him as a prospect. More like a wish. L Williams and M Ellis are in tweener land,as is Salim Stoudamire. All shoot well, but lack 2-guard size. salim is closest to having PG skills, but meanwhile ther's a lot of solid talent available. Miles? Probably not top 40. The Lakers might go for Jack at 10,but the new CBA could have them after a FA for point and I think they want some meat in the middle.
