<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">SAN ANTONIO -- Which team is under the most pressure to win tonight's Game 7 of the NBA Finals? Is it the defending champions, who weren't expected to make it this far, or the Spurs, who have home-court advantage for the second straight game with a chance to win their third title? No team has ever lost Games 6 and 7 at home to lose an NBA championship. Chauncey Billups said the most pressure wasn't on the Pistons. "We're the defending champs, so that pressure is on us," Billups said, "but they're at home, and I think the pressure is really on them to win this Game 7 and to win it all. "They had the best record in the league, other than Phoenix. The pressure is definitely on them. They're at home and it's a Game 7. No team has ever lost Game 6 and 7 and this and that. There hasn't even been a Game 7 since 1994. "I don't really believe in all that kind of stuff, but I do think the pressure is on them." Rasheed Wallace agreed. "I never feel any pressure," he said. "It could be some pressure on them. They are here at home and they got their fans with them, and like you said, they are supposed to win."</div> Source
Yeah, the pressure is definately on the spurs I think even though the pistons are the defending champs the spurs had a better record, were the favorites to win this series, and would be the first team to lose both game 6 and 7 at home in the finals.
I agree that the pressure is on the Spur'z!!! They're trying to go out there and win in front of their home crowd. With enough being said Detroit win shock the Spur'z fan'z and win game 7!!!!!!! Deetroit B-A-S-K-E-T-B-A-L-L!!!!!!!!!!
most def. the pressure is on the spurs because they have the better record the home crowd behind them and if they lose in front of their home crowd that would be even more embarassing
