Pretty much, well do the offering after its full or after the draft. You gotta PM me about signing offers and ill post that the player is entertaining offers and give a 1 or 2 day period in which people have a chance to make offers and I will give it to the highest bidder.
If you see a player or two added to your roster don't worry the site I was using for the salaries didnt have all of the player's salaries. If your missing a player then its probably for the same reason. I will fix that tomorrow.
