It was good would of been the best if the Pistons would of won it for LB but Horry ruined that. Good job Spurs even though I hate most of your players but they play great an the way you should play [IMG]

    Truely an amazing series

Props to both teams. I think TD proved why he is the best player on the planet tonight.

The NBA is now over, thats the say part

Pistons showed how worthy of a champion they are. They were by far the best team the Spurs have played in a long time.

Congradulations, Spurs fans. I was also rooting for San Antonio, and I'm happy they pulled it out. It turned out to be a great series, despite the low scoring. Anytime you have a seventh game that basically goes down to the wire, you have to love it.

    great game, great series!!!
TD played badly in the first half, luckily he bounced back HUGELY~
Ginobili had another great game, I thought he should won the MVP [IMG]

Parker...another dissapointed championship series for him.

Overall, Spurs played well, Pistons played well.
The game was tight from the opening minute, Spurs took the game at the last 3 mins.

Congratz to the Spurs. I was going for the Pistons on this one, but I didn't mind who won because both teams are deserving. In the end, a good hard fought series like this is great for the NBA, and while both teams deserve it, who ever can win a series like this is a true champion.

    Congratz once again.

Now watch and see the 9 year Rockets dynasty unfold LOL!!!

    Congratulations, San Antonio.

I've been a Spurs fan since the first time I laid eyes on David Robinson in his prime. Tim Duncan is my favorite player, Ginobili my second. Great job, nice defense.

Props to the Pistons, as well. They gave us a hell of a time.

And in the end, I always told you all that San Antonio is the best. And the block was on Billups, not Hamilton.

I use the actual name of the team, rather than a grammatically correct version, thank you. ;p

    Great series.

The one thing I will remember about this series will be how Duncan took over in the second half of the seventh game. He demanded the ball and did something with it. Duncan just dominated every aspect of Game 7.

Ginobli added crucial baskets down the stretch. He made a few great play where he finished with a dunk or layup. He also hit a few three's when he was wide open from a double team on Duncan. Robert Horry also showed up ready to play last night. He also made crucial shots.

But the most important move of the series was made last night. Gregg Popavich put Bruce Bowen on Billups to shut him down, and it worked wonderfully. Bruce Bowen is a physical defender and did not allow Bilups to muscle him like Parker does. Billups also had trouble getting his shots off against Bowen. Bowen held him to only 8 attempted field goals. Bowen only had 5 points and 4 rebounds in Game 7 but his presence was known on defense.

Congratulations San Antonio Spurs, for winning 3 championships in 7 years!

And soft Parade, I'm a Spurs fan to. [IMG]

Congratulations to the San Antonio Spurs.

You guys played extremely hard and didn't give in even after the Pistons wouldn't go down without a fight. You worked the ball into Tim Duncan and let him score just like Popovich wanted. Manu Ginobili was absolutley amazing with his slashing to the basket. Both players have earned more respect from me and many people from their performances throughout this series. Even though Tim got Finals MVP I think numerous players could have recieved the reward. Great season and good luck next year.
