He is a good player that could make the Cavs roster but he made a bad move about going in the draft and signing an agent early.
With the house cleaning the Cavs have done so far, I think Buike will have a better chance of making the roster. Assuming the Cavs bring in a starting SG, he could end up being 3rd or 4th on the depth chart. I could see the Cavs sending him to the NBDL for a couple of years.
Very bad decision to skip his senior season... and to hire an agent. It's good that he has a chance to make the Cav's roster I would like to see him suceed. I was scared he was goign to have to go to Europe and play, and screw up his dream of playing in the NBA.
the cavs have some nice undrafted free agents, I's say there is a good chance one or two of them make the squad.
Azubuike has the most chance to make the Cavs as an undrafted free agent than any other player in the league. NBA teams in the second round definitely should have looked at this kid in the second round because he can just flat out score. It was a poor choice for him to skip his senior season for the pros and if he would have went to his senior season he would have been a first round pick. In a couple years, hey, Azubuike might be getting some playing time off the bench.
I like Azubukie alot. I think he will easily make the roster & hopefully he can devolop the player he should be.
