This is just a washed up old player who wants some media attention... he's jealous of Bogut's fame and fortunes. Bogut is a millionare now, Antsey isn't. Who cares about the 1 on 1 and who would win... 1on1 isn't Bogut's game, he's more of a team player... who caers if someone is a better 1on1 player, it's about how you play in the game.

Well being an Aussie, I know all the players mentioned in the article. Anstey, Longley, Gaze and Heal. Even though Bogut was drafted at no.1, I don't believe he is th best Aussie basketball player in the world AT THE MOMENT because of his performance in the Olympics. He was good, but not the best player on the Australian Team. It was Australia's guards that played well (Heal, Maher, and Bruton). Bogut will be a great player, SOON, but not now. Of course I'm sure he has improved since the Olympics, so maybe he is the best Aussie now. I'm not saying that Anstey was right to attack Bogut, but think it's wrong Bogut to attack Australian Baskeball as a whole (assuming that he did). I never heard anything about this but if he did make some comments, it still didn't give Anstey the right to say what he did.

He did play some time in NBA, and past few years is playing in Russian league, and Russians are known to pay the most in European basketball.
