Financial terms were not released, but Warrick signed a two-year deal that gives the team the option in years three and four.

Warrick, who made his Griz debut in the Summer Pro League against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, played four seasons at Syracuse, averaging 15.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.

He finished second all-time at Syracuse in free throws made (529) and free throws attempted (803), third for consecutive double-figure scoring games (61) and fourth in points (2,073) and rebounds (1,025).

The Grizzlies selected Warrick, a 6-9 forward, with the 19th pick of the June player draft. </div>

Two years?!?!?! That is rediculously short for such a high pick. Since when are rookies signed to anything short of a three, four or five year deal? Way to negotiate, Jerry!

VC, most of the rookies have been signed for 2-years this year, I've been suprised about that. Even Bogut, Marvin, and Deron Williams were signed for 2-years. Only one i've heard of not signed for 2-years was Paul, he got 3-years.
