Looks like Smith has been hitting the weights. He looks like he's gotten really stronger from last year. Good to see, because he's going to be a part of the core along with Williams and Childress.
ya its great to see that hes dedicating himself on something in the offseason, i hope he does great and improves next season
Im expecting a breakout season for Smith he is a good player and should start next year, he will also win the slam dunk crown for a second straight year.
this is smart by smith.. he is an up-and-coming star and needs the weight to improve.. we all know he can leap.. maybe he can improve his inside game and defense to play some PF for ATL.
i think josh smith is really dedicated. i think hes going to become something special. hes a humble kid with all the potential in the world.once he gets a consistent jumpshot and some handles watch out NBA! lol. hopefully childress has been hitting the weights as well because his arms like twigs.
Yeah, smith seems like a very determined player. He just needs to improve that jumper and hes going to be an amazing player in the league. I hope we see him in dunk contests for years to come.
that's good to hear, I think if he keeps dedicating himself like he is now he is definately going to be great someday.
Josh Smith is a great shot blocker and rebounder, and his defense is underrated, he played well against the Knicks. He's not a spectator, he doesnt wait for things to happend, he's just a basketball player who makes plays. all Josh Smith needs to do is polish his offense, develop a consistant jumper. I like Josh Smith alot, and I hope he stays in Alanta, cause they need that, a home town kid who can bring fans back to the Hawks after Dominique left.
hooray for j-shmitty! like you guys said, if he gets a jumper, he'll be great. i see him doing it too. he's got a great work ethic. and as for this: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I want to see who will turn out better this upcoming season if him or JR smith.</div> Josh will have a much better season. j.r. cant play defense for crap. josh had 10 blocks in a game. they are both good offensive players though.
