Well, I've been to Dwayne Wade's house and saw him walking his dog. We got to introduce ourselves to him by the AAArena. I also met Pat Riley at a high school basketball game.

Since my dentist is the one for all of the teams Miami, I saw Ricky Davis when he played here, and I saw Stan Van Gundy aka Ron Jeremy's twin my last visit the day after the draft.

I've met Michael Finley and Devin Harris before, they're the only true NBA player I've met, seeing as Mike Wilkinson isn't for sure going to be on a roster. I've met most of the current Badgers, though, and many past ones, including Kirk Penney, Andy Kowske, Mark Vershaw, Mike Kelly and Roy Boone, who was friends with a guy I used to go to school with. Carmelo is a nice guy. He gave me an autograph and we had a short conversation. Also, Mo-Pete is one of the nicest guys in the league. Does a lot of things in the community around Toronto and stuff.

I met Kyle Korver at his first home game in Philly he did a meet and greet and later Wille Green past me and gave me a high five and I almost fainted. Both seemed very nice though.

I worked at the HOF for a couple summers and I've met tons of guys.

Among my favorites were Bob Lanier, Bill Walton, Dr J., Magic, and probably (kind of surprising) Isiah Thomas.

As much as I knock Thomas, he has a pinball smile, and was very gracious to the staff at the Hall.

Bill Walton talked our ear off for like 45 minutes before the ceremony last year. I had lunch with Dr. J and my boss Pete at Max's when he was there for a business deal with Paul Lambert. Bob Lanier was a remarkably nice person too, and Magic is just Magic, we all know how he is.

Some other guys that were great were Tommy, who was horribly obscene behind closed doors, and funny as hell. And if anybody didn't see that coming, they haven't watched a Celtics game in the past twenty years. Red Auerbach and Larry Bird vastly dislike eachother and Red is quite humorous about it. Pat Riley is pretty demanding of the people around him, although a sweetheart in front of the camera. And Bob Cousy and Bobby Knight know more about the game than any historian of the game that I've ever spoken to, and that's saying something, since some of the most well-known and brilliant worked in the library and archives there.

Aside from that, Dr. J has to be one of the most savvy creatures I have ever had the good luck of meeting, and really lets you know it, although not in a braggadocious kind of way. And Charles Barkley really is like that in person, except more obscene, and much much more mean and funny. Also, Clyde the Glide is one of the nicest guys ever.

Also, Al Jaffe, that guy on Dream Job, the Senior VP of talent for ESPN, is a total douche. He was downright mean, and actually did a lot of hollering when our turnstiles wouldn't work and we had to work double time to keep everyone under control.

And Robert Parish smokes just as much weed as you think he does. That guy was high as a kite last year, it was really rather funny.

And Chuky (that's Chukwumeka Okafor, we dubbed him that when we found out that was his real name in that little locker of his on the second floor) ate McDonald's with us. He was pretty down to earth.
