It seems that Watson wants a place where he can earn a starting job and starting minutes. Having been in Memphis for so long, he has been hidden behind J-Will and really is as good or not better then him, at least in terms of his passing skills and reading the defense. He's still young, too, so I guess he figured even if he could beat out Deron this year, it wouldn't be the same in the future. On the other hand, Daniels is getting up there in age, but he hasn't started slowing down yet. I think he'd be a better fit for Utah, anyway, if he was interested.
O'Conner better get his butt in gear. As fast as the quality FA's are getting snapped up, it won't be long and there won't be anything left but garbage. And we've got enough of that on the bench now!! Tank
If Kevin O'Connor wants to bring in a Point Guard that will get some decent minutes with the Jazz, he needs to do something about it quickly. They wont stay around long, and the sooner he acts the better it should be for Utah.
