I wish they would just sign already. I understand the need for getting a good deal when you are selected in the first round, but please...get a deal done.

I don't see why it takes several months to get an agreement done. The last thing any team needs is their first rounder to hold out of training camp.

I agree. Especially a rookie you're depending on.

Hey Vike??? You think Williamson will get the starting job????

the only thing good about 1st rounder not signing if you are a Chargers fan is that if Philip Rivers signed before training camp, Brees would have been the backup and wouldnt have gone to the pro bowl.

But it must suck for the Dolphins who just started their camp, and Brown is waiting on Smith.

Ya I'm hoping Mankins signs soon for the Pats...I really would like to see him have a chance to replace Andruzzi...

Nope. He'll be lucky to be #3. I think Travis Taylor is going to be a real player this year, Robinson will be his usually underperforming but still good enough self, and Burleson will be the #1. Kelly Campbell and Williamson will be pushing for that #3 spot.

The problem with Williamson is that he lacks a lot of experience. He left as a junior and played in a very run-oriented offense, so he didn't get too many opportunities to develop as a receiver.

The good thing is that he should be good at blocking. [IMG]

Do you really think Travis Taylor will be good this year. He has really never shown anything in Baltimore but hey if it happens it's all good. I just have more faith in Cambell Burelson Robinson than I do Taylor and Williamson.

The Raiders have also agreed to terms with 1st rnd pick CB Fabian Washington from Nebraska. Glad to see some guys starting to sign.

The vikes recievers arent gonna be as effective as when Moss was in the game. Bureleson had huge games against Carroll who is the #2 corner and he was a rookie. Now he is going against the #1 corner. With Moss in the game, Burleson would have one on one coverage because Moss would be double covered.

Hold on a second. I think in the first game at Lambeau Burleson has about 150 yards recieving and Moss didn't play. Granted it was the Packers but when Moss was gone Burelson went for like 500 yards maybe more. I think Burelson will have a solid season. I just think Troy Williamson was the worse player taken in the top 10 and maybe even the top 15.

Nah Moss was there. I saw a game of the week on NFL network, and Burleson total ate up Carroll and had like 50 YAC for a TD. and i remeber seeing Moss going down the field and blocking

Moss sat out the game at Lambeau. He got hurt like the week before. Moss was there for the 2nd game in Minnesota though and Burelson played great in both games so Moss not being in Minnesota is no excuse for Burelson's numbers to decline. He is a major sleeper this year.

misunderstanding. I have faith in Burelson this season. As long as there is a running game and Culpepper is on target the Vikings should be good. Tice is really holding that team back though because he is a horrible coach.

im not a big fan of Tice, Haslett, Martz. Martz has a great team but just isnt a good coach. If Dennis Green was the Rams coach the rams would be 12-4 next year. The Rams have two great RBs they just need to use them.
