If the Heat signs Blake to an offer sheet, the Wizards would have the opportunity to match. But Washington might allow Blake, a former Miami High player, to leave if it acquires point guard Chucky Atkins in a proposed deal that would send Kwame Brown to the Lakers and Caron Butler to Washington. Atkins reportedly is part of the trade.</div>

hmmm...I don't know. I would much rather have Earl Watson although Blake would make a good backup.

It won't be bad pickup, but we need a better backup because Blake is not reliable. He's missed a few games in his short caree due to injuries, and although he can dish out the ball, he has a bad TO/AST ratio. He'll be better as a 3rd string PG.

We need to sign AD or Watson first and if we don't end up signing any of them, Stoudamire could be an option. He could play the role that DJ played last season, which is being the 6th man then eventually turning into the starting PG. It's not really a huge upgrade, but he can still put the ball in the net and create scoring opportunities.
